Q: How do I tell you what I want on my shoes?

In your cart when checking out, you will see a text box titled "Add a note to your order". 

In this field, please specify:

  1. Your shoe size in men's US (women must subtract 1.5 sizes from your shoe size to get the correct measurement) 
  2. The color shoe you want (white or black) 
  3. A detailed description of what you would like painted on your shoe. If you have an example photograph, please send it directly after the order is placed. You can send the image via what's app (+8801821599875) or email (info.customtribe@gmail.com)

Q: How much does a pair of custom tribe shoes cost?

A: All custom artwork starts at $100.

Q: What do you use to paint the shoe?

A: We use  acrylic paints and inks.  All the materials used are water proof and can withstand the rain.  Each pair is coated with a protection gloss to ensure your artwork stays. The artwork is 100% permanent and will not come off. Guaranteed. 

Q: How long until I get my shoes?

A: The current wait time for painted shoes is around 2-4 weeks.  That includes ordering the shoes online, getting them shipped to us, doing the artwork and shipping them to you. Our wait time can increase during the holidays due to a higher volume of orders and delays in supply chains.

Q: What if I want a different type of shoe than I see on the website?

A: We will customize any type of shoe with any type of design! You also find designs not listed on the site over on our Facebook Page that we've done for past clients.  We reserve the right to use the most recent model of shoe available. Feel free to contact us with any questions you may have.  We are happy to work with you on making your dream shoes a reality.

Q: If I live outside of the United States, will I be charged an import fee?

A: It is the buyer's responsibility to pay import taxes and fees that may be charged upon arrival.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final. Please double check your shoe size before ordering. If you have any issues, please contact us. 

Q: I see my item has shipped but it's not tracking.

A: Shipping labels are printed and boxes are generally shipped next business day. Please allow 48 hours from shipping notification confirmation to track package. International shipments are sent via USPS, Fedex & DHL First Class International which generally do not track all the way to the destination.

Q: Can I get a shoutout on Instagram?

A: Sure. If I post your shoes when I'm done I can tag your Instagram username. Just let me know what your username is in the 'notes' at checkout.

Q: Why are the pictures for custom orders sometimes stuff from google/not Custom tribe shoes?

A: For custom orders, images in the listing do not reflect the actual final design. Usually they are inspo images provided by our customer to help us visualize their request. We will never rip off another follow artist since as artists, we pride ourselves in creating original work.

 Q: How do I take care of my shoes?

Store your shoes in a cool, dry, dark environment. 

Spot clean with a damp cloth.

If you're looking to take it a step further to keep your shoes in great condition, consider investing in a good shoe cleaning set like the Angelus Foam-Tex Cleaning Kit. Coming with an easy to use foaming cleaner, brush and microfiber towel, this set has all the basics covered.

Q: Why did my order get cancelled?

If we believe that your order violated our "No harmful/offensive imagery, nudity, or political messages" policy, we will cancel your order and refund you in full. 

You are welcome to place a new order if your order was cancelled with updated imagery that suits our policies better! 

There is also a possibility that we just have too many orders coming in at the same time and we don't believe we will be able to get to yours in time.

Q: Are the shoes genuine?

We can prove that every single pair of shoes is 100% genuine and authentic. We purchase each pair from either a local shoe store or directly from the brand. Proof of purchase can be provided upon request. This will be in the form of store receipt, dispatch note or online order confirmation email.
